Culminations 2022-23 Joeys Memorabilia
A Culmination is not just the conclusion but the final crowning achievement, the end result of the entire year’s hard work. With the end of one great year of achieving our learning targets and fine growth in all basic skill areas, it promises another milestone of new opportunities, new hopes, new dreams, new memories and exploring new capabilities of oneself. It allows the children to stretch their abilities with a sense of accomplishment. Presenting information to others is motivating for them and can take learning deeper. As our little people review what they have learned and done, they remember experiences, synthesize information, and determine which aspects are the most important to share with others. While this may seem like a simple skill, it is not one that is innate in many children. Our Culminations - Joeys Memorabilia was the final stage of our children’s academic year 2022-2023. It was an event showcasing of everything that they had been working toward and learnt throughout the year. It was a platform to cherish our children’s visions and dreams which acted as the blueprint of their achievements. It not only showcased their academic progress but also enhanced their life skills.
The preparation and participation in the event played a major role in the personality development of our children & helped in realizing their hidden talents.
The culmination function brought out the enthusiasm in them and they put all their efforts to make it an extraordinary affair. The amphitheatre was filled with lot of awe and cheer. Children left everybody spellbound as they danced on tunes of some vibrant music and had concept-integrated game sessions with the parents. Their well-coordinated acts and high energy earned a lot of appreciation. All in all to balance the fulcrum of learning and happiness, humour too was added in the acts.
The fundamental technic of drill and skill mentioned in the National Education Policy (NEP) along with the Pygmalion effect brought out the best in each one of them. Last but not the least, we had the Graduation ceremony for our K2 children where they proudly walked down the aisle dressed smartly in their robes and caps accompanied with their parents. They were cheered and honoured with graduation certificates and their smiling faces were embraced by rapturous applause. It was truly a magnificent event with bundle of cherished memories added in the ‘Happy Joeys Memory Bank’.
